Where can I find pricing and order forms on your site?
We decided not to get into e-commerce on this site as the bulk of our business is in custom packaging programs and printed marketing materials. Certainly, we carry stock products and we will be happy to get you anything you need. But we've designed this site primarily to inform, educate and, hopefully, intice you to give us a call, discuss your needs and let us show you what customer service is all about.
Do you require minimum quantities to place an order?
No. You can order as little as one case of product or just one roll of ribbon. On some bag products we'll even break a case pack to ship only as much as you need. Just give us a call.
What exactly is a fulfillment program?
Our fulfillment program allows you to forget about your limited stockroom space and order your packaging on a schedule and in a quantity that meets your needs. The entire order can be shipped to our warehouse and released in multiptile shipments as you dictate. We maintain your inventory, track your consumption and alert you to reorder points. Since this service and our space is free, why not use your space for something else?
I need to place a very large order. Can I get Net 30 terms?
We extend Net 30 terms to established accounts automatically. All new accounts are requested to pay 50% at order placement, with the balance due 30 days after shipment.
